Returns: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have ​7 business days to return an item from the date you received it. You are responsible for return shipping fees. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with the seal still in position. 

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will be credited within 1-3 days, but the refund reflecting on your statement may take extra time depending on your card issuer's policies.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Due to the fact that our products are made fresh to order, all orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Orders are shipped via USPS and shipping rates may vary. *Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

MILAN PERRY​ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

MILAN PERRY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do offer international shipping. Shipping rates may vary.

For best results, apply body scrub to entire body 3-4 times weekly while in the shower. Scrubs can be used before or after applying your daily soap. In all directions; including circular, polish your skin and distribute evenly throughout. Give special attention to rougher areas such as elbows, and knees. Do not use on freshly shaved or waxed skin, for it is recommended that you wait 24 hours. For external use only, keep out of reach of children.
